The Micro-Influencers are a group of students from the Polytechnic of Leiria who support the Academic Community in favor of the control and mitigation of the pandemic by SARS-CoV-2.
In addition to raising awareness, they support students in situations of isolation or quarantine.
Rules for the prevention and control of the transmission of COVID-19 at the Polytechnic of Leiria to be followed by all members of the academic community.

The safety conditions of all spaces at the Polytechnic of Leiria were checked, with the definition of the capacity and rules for the use of the spaces, and various adaptations were made in order to guarantee the safety of all.
We ask the entire academic community to follow the rules for the use of spaces and to contribute to the promotion of a generalized and careful hygiene.
Whoever is sick and who, although not showing symptoms, has been in an area with active community transmission, or who has had contact with a case confirmed by COVID-19 in the last 14 days, should not participate in public events, nor remain in enclosed and much frequented places, without absolute need.
The Student Support Service team (SAPE) of the Polytechnic of Leiria is available to attend requests for psychological support which can be done in-person, by email or through one of the online communication platforms (Skype, Teams or others of a similar nature) for scheduled appointments through the following contacts:

The main objectives of this course are to understand what anxiety is and how it reveals itself; to identify the symptoms of anxiety and learn certain strategies to cope with anxiety.
The main objectives of this course are to define mental health, to learn and identify possible warning signs and to develop strategies, which promote positive mental health.
Acute respiratory infection (fever or cough or difficulty breathing) requiring hospitalization or not
Travel history to areas with active community transmission in the 14 days before the onset of symptoms
Contact with a confirmed or probable case of SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 infection, 14 days before the onset of symptoms
Healthcare professional or person who has been to a health institution where patients with COVID-19 are treated
Ask the reception of the nearest building/campus to provide you with a mask and put it on.
Request access to the isolation room and then contact Linha de Saúde 24 (808 24 24 24) and follow the guidelines.
Clean and disinfect the isolation area.
Replacement of used material.
The person who has a fever or flu symptoms should not go to school until the situation is completely cleared up, and for this purpose, call Linha de Saúde 24 (808 24 24 24) and follow the instructions given.
